India graduated from Grand valley state university in 2017 with a bachelors in psychology. She has been practicing yoga since 2014, and began teaching in 2016. India received her 200 hour yoga teacher training from megan rader yoga school in 2017. India specializes in private practice, servicing small groups interested in personalized instruction. the yoga classes india teaches are vinyasa, meditation, yin, buti, hotcore, and slow flow.
